I have come to the conclusion that healthy food is adequate. It includes all macronutrients through whole foods. Many processed foods specific snacks contain harmful chemicals and hormones.

However, there are many healthy snack options to make in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

Below, I’ve compiled a list of the healthiest savory snacks to satisfy an afternoon or midnight craving that’s both delicious and nutritious.
