Want to turn up the heat on your jalapeno popper? Try green chilies for a diced Serrano pepper or two. Or just use serranos instead of jalapenos for a higher temperature. Serranos usually have twice the heat. (Often more) than jalapeños. They have similar bright colors. Therefore, it is suitable for the taste of shock.

Calories 408 kcal
- 10 slices of bacon, cooked and diced
- 6 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 16-ounce packages of cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Mix in 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese.
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 can of chopped green chili
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapenos, green peppers, bacon, Mexican cheese, mozzarella, and mayonnaise; mix until combined.
Spread the mixture evenly over 1 1/2 casserole dishes.
Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together. Then spread the topping on top of the dip.
Optional: Dip in cooking spray (to promote browning).
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.
Save the jalapeno seeds for extra spiciness. Or you can remove the seeds before slicing. Of course you know what we will choose!
