  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Then cover baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  • Boil water and add potatoes to it. Boil potatoes until tender (about 12 to 15 minutes), drain potatoes, and let cool to room temperature.

  • Transfer potatoes to a large bowl. Then add olive oil and all the spices. Stir well to coat the potatoes.

  • Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray lined with foil and place the baking tray in the oven.

  • Bake the potatoes for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping the potatoes once at the 15 to 20 minute mark.

  • Remove from oven and transfer to a bowl. Serve immediately as a side dish or mix with other ingredients.
