- 2 cups whole grain pasta
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Spanish chorizo, cut into circles or cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon chopped paprika, use second tablespoon for hotter (and smoked) pasta

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat.
