  • 3 Habanero peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup best fresh pineapple, canned OK
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • In saucepan over low heat Heat pineapple, garlic, ginger powder, and lemon juice and stir for 1 to 2 minutes (or until pineapple is tender).

  • Add honey, habanero pepper, and vinegar. Then cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

  • Turn off the heat and put the ingredients in the blender. Pulse to desired thickness.

  • For best taste Let the sauce sit for at least 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.

If you want extra spicy, use the fourth habanero in the recipe.
