  • 12 cloves of garlic
  • 2 Habanero peppers, add a third if you dare
  • 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • Use a mortar and pestle to crush the Habanero peppers, garlic, turmeric, and cumin, to form a coarse-grained mixture.

  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Turn off the stove before the oil starts to smoke.

  • Pour hot oil over ground pepper and stir well. You’ll hear a sizzling sound when the oil touches some ground beef. after stirring Let the mixture rest for about 5-10 minutes.
