  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • Coriander, chopped 1 bunch
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice, optional, add citrus zest
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.

  • For best taste Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

Want more heat? Use 1-2 Serrano peppers instead of jalapenos. Serranos is twice as spicy.
