  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, removed and finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed juice, about the juice of a lemon
  • teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 large bell pepper
