Sweet bacon piri piri with cheese will make your favorite meat and spice lovers go wild. This is a decadent dish: creamy, sweet, savory, savory, rich, meaty and silky. I could go on to describe this formula with adjectives. But the only word to sum it up is irresistible.
This is a great appetizer. To serve with toast or sliced fruit, you can choose your favorite soft cheese. Camembert works very well. Choose round pieces of cheese about 3 to 4 inches wide. If you are using a large piece of cheese, double the amount of bacon and bake the cheese a little longer. to melt the cheese completely.
Piri piri (also known as Malagueta peppers) gives off heat quite well – 50,000 to 100,000 Scoville heat units. At its hottest point, it reaches the Habanero thermosphere. (And the bottom of it is very hot cayenne pepper) so this is not a light recipe. If heat matters If you want to eat piri piri (or hard to find piri piri), you can choose a milder variety. We recommend using red chili instead. Because the color goes well with bacon. Try red jalapenos, red serranos, or Fresno peppers instead.
