  • 6 ripe plums
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 8 Crispy Amaretti Cookies
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Place heavy bottom pan over medium heat. Add butter and melt completely.

  • Remove ice from each plum. Then cut the plums into pieces.

  • Put the plums in the pan. Sprinkle plums with sugar. Then cook for 2-3 minutes until plums are tender.

  • Add the chili powder and cinnamon powder to the plum mixture, stir well, and then turn off the heat.

  • Place the remaining biscuits, flour, baking soda, and butter in a food processor. Mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs and no large chunks of butter remain.

  • Place the cooked plums in the bottom of a small saucepan. Then sprinkle topping on top.

  • Place in preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. take it out of the oven
