  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 head chopped lettuce
  • 2 tomato seeds, diced
  • 1 purple onion, diced
  • juice of 1 lemon or 2 tablespoons
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 can kidney beans, 15 oz . can
  • 1 can black beans, 15 oz.
  • 1 can sweet corn, 14.5 oz. maybe
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 pack of thick tacos
  • 1 pack of chopped Mexican Cheddar and Jack mix
  • 1 box of butter sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked jasmine rice
  • Chop raw chicken and place in a large bowl. Place taco seasoning, paprika, adobo seasoning, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cover the chicken evenly

  • In a saucepan set over medium heat. Heat olive oil. Then add the seasoned chicken. Cook chicken until cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. Then put the chicken in a bowl and set aside.

  • Drain cans of peas, black beans, and corn, then place each box in a small bowl and set aside.

  • Put the rice in a bowl, add the cilantro and the juice of 1 lemon (or 2 tablespoons of lime juice), stir well.

  • Place chopped lettuce, red onion, tomato, jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole, and Mexican shredded cheese in a bowl and set aside.

  • Make a Chicken Burrito Bowl: Add lettuce, rice, and chicken, then top with your choice of toppings from black beans, corn, jalapeno tomato salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese.
