- 1 glass of milk
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pack of active yeast 2 teaspoons
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt

Prepare the dough
Heat the milk in the microwave for 1 minute.
Mix the sugar and butter together in a stand mixer with the dough hook on low speed.
Slowly pour the milk into the mixer. Then add yeast and eggs.
Mix for a few minutes, then add flour and salt and let stand for 10 minutes.
Let the dough rest for 60 minutes or until doubled in size.
