We also love adding some chipotle powder to this recipe. Chipotle adds a little heat to our Spicy Maple Leaf Chicken Wings while also giving it a slight smokiness. If there’s no chipotle powder on the spice rack (Available at our Spicery!) and you’ll still need a little extra heat. You can use paprika instead. It is stronger than chipotle powder. (and no smoke color), so start with a pinch or two.

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, about 16 to 20 wings
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder, optional
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Then cover baking sheet with aluminum foil.
